Installation points for indoor three-phase power transformers:
(1) When using structures for hoisting, a special plan must be prepared and the strength and stability of the load-bearing structure must be checked. At the same time, select appropriate stress points and plans, and obtain the consent of the designer. For parts that need reinforcement, corresponding measures should be taken, such as local reinforcement or protection. During construction, a dedicated person must monitor the stress point structure.
(2) The transformer box, body bracket, foundation steel and casing should be reliably connected to the grounding protection conductor, and ensure that fasteners and anti-loosening parts are complete.

 

Installation requirements for outdoor box-type transformers:
The foundation of the box-type substation should be higher than the outdoor floor to ensure smooth drainage around it. The box of the metal box-type substation should be reliably connected to the protective conductor and have clear markings. In addition, the inner and outer coatings of the box-type substation should be intact, and the protective net of the vent should be intact.
